VIA Publication is a space for thinking about and through the cultural apparatus of Los Angeles. These investigations are documented in a biannual print magazine as well as across public programs and digital media. Our diverse congregation of writers, artists and other contributors aims to move fluidly between and across disciplinary frameworks to foster discourse in the broadest sense. The specific projects explored in VIA are conceived of as unfinished lines of inquiry presented in conceptual formats—looking for new ways to share the ever-changing history of our city from creative and ultimately personal perspectives.
